Everything was set for a dramatic epilogue on the ALOHA CLASSIC 13. After a long 7 years without a world cup event on Maui,Chile on hold , a mix of locals thrown in the main event, and epic forecast… What better scenario for a breathtaking show of windsurfing?
Levi built momentum steadily through the event and unlike what everyone could have witnessed in past event, he didn’t seem to stall as he was progressing in the ranking…To the mere opposite he was building increasing confidence and style. Flying through an epic final he fulfilled a dream he had been longing for since he first stepped on a windsurf board.
Contributing to this is the best reward we could get! Thanks Levi!

The Aloha Classic 2013 is coming to Maui!
Everything changes at this time of the year on Maui. More visitors are walking into the shop, Hookipa gets more crowded and the waves are rolling in consistently…. You really feel a new energy on the island and it feels great. Last years AWT was amazing, and the coming Aloha classic feels like it might top it off!
Coming from all over the place the PWA riders will have the 6 best guys of the trials thrown in the contest to make things a bit harder on them. It’s going to be really fun to see how they all do!
Levi, Bernd, Camille, Keith,…they are all getting their gear ready, it’s like they’ve been waiting for years to have the Aloha Classic come back to Maui !
Stay tune and follow the live http://www.alohaclassicmaui.com/
Pacasmayo classic 2013_Camille Wins!
Pacasmayo-classic-2013 in Peru was another great event.

” Pacasmayo classic 2013 in Peru was another great event. As last year, the condition were there and really fun.
My Family came as well and it was cool to see Tom just improving heat after heat and finish at the 4th place, not so far behind me. It’s too bad Bernd got his harness stolen right before his heat because I could see he trained hard and got to a really good level port-tack as well and Morgan Noireaux.
I’m really happy with that result but I’m staying focused for Maui in November.”

TOM HARTMANN MAURITIUS update
We saw amazing pics going around on Facebook and we were anxiously waiting for Tom’s update. One Eye had been going off and we knew that’s what Tom likes best! He ripped on his Quatro 110 and we are really excited to have him working with us.
After the Sosh Freestyle Cup in Marseille and short break at home, I am in mauritius since july and we were blessed with conditions during the last weeks … one swell chasing the other and lots of superb windsurf, SUP and surf conditions. We scored huge waves last week and were able to shoot great footage from helicopter, boat and tower in One Eye and also Tamarin Bay. I managed to screen all the footage but couldn’t sort all of it yet, anyway I wanted to give you a sneak-peak on some of it quickly. Some fotos are on the web already but best shots are kept for print right now.
Find attached a few …
I am heading back to Europe next week and then on to the Netherlands for the PWA event where I ll be head judging the EFPT to win contest in brouwersdam at the Dam7 festival.
I hope to be able to provide you some more footage by then.

“Really been enjoying the last few days here in Pacasmayo. We’ve got waves coming through everyday with video game-like consistency. All week I’ve been riding sweet head high lefts, providing five or six turns a piece. Wind’s good too, around 15-20 knots off-shore most days… Plus, a lot of people told me it’d be cold here but I’m just splashin’ around in a 3.2 happy as could be, on land I’m pretty layered up though… Can’t complain about the food either, Peruvian cuisine is filled with cool flavors and textures. Most days I eat at the El Faro hotel, it’s super comfy here and everyone’s helpful (especially when I butcher the Spanish language). You can pretty much cruise all day here and sail (paddle) out right from the parking lot. Sailing and surfing all day, glorious eating and sleeping at night, can’t really complain at this point…”
We think the video below talks by itself…

“After the EFPT event in sigri/Greece I returned to mauritius for some training and shooting. We did couple if nice fotos at one eye from the helicopter, water and tower. … see attached fotos. There will be some of them comin up in the motion magazine, funboard and surf magazin. I was supposed to participate also at the reunion wave classic, but unfortunately the event got cancelled due to two shark attacks that happened just before in july.
At the last week of the mauritius stay I had an unlucky crash on the reef and got some sea urchins deep in my hand. Had little surgery and returned back home earlier, but things are getting better slowly. Then we had the Austrian championships happening end of September in podersdorf where I have been occupied with organising the windsurfing side of the event.
Right now I am in south france acting as race director for the EFPT competition in Six-Fours and next week will move on to the UK for the final event of the European tour in Weymouth.
